Shipping/Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.

SwagItOut.com packages will be delivered by USPS.

All shoes must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office will attempt to redeliver twice, and then send package back to sender.

If packages were not signed for and USPS decides to ship back to sender, SwagItOut.com has no responsibility of shoes. SwagItOut.com will not provide a refund or ship item(s) if items have been sent back to sender due to customer's neglect to sign for their package.

After payment is received it will go through a 24-48 hour processing period which starts the following business day. Once your order is processed, please allow 10-15 business days for arrival of merchandise in some cases it will be sooner.

In some rare instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.

SwagItOut.com is not responsible for any packages seized by customs.

If customs holds your shoe(s), and doesn't release them for whatever reason, rule or policy, we will not refund you, for we are not responsible for your country's strict policies.

However, SwagItOut.com will try its best to recover your package for you.

By purchasing from SwagItOut.com, you are agreeing with our terms that we are not responsible for any actions by customs.

Our shipping prices are set for sales within the United States of America , international sales are negotiable, please contact us if you are interested in shipping to a location outside of US.


Returns Policy

If you have any problems with your order or are unsatisfied in any way you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return it with tracking information within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund less Actual Shipping and handling cost and 15% restocking fee . We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it. Packages must be sent back global express with tracking number for us or returns will not be accepted.

In order to process and receive a refund or exchange you must:

•    Contact us before you ship any returned merchandise to get instructions for your return.

•    Return your merchandise within 5 days of receipt at your expense.

•    You must provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise.

•    We will issue a refund in the same manner that the payment was received after we inspect the product and receive it back in original condition unused with all tags and packaging .

•    Used or damages merchandise will be returned to you without further claims.

If a customer chooses to cancel the order before it is shipped he/she will recieve a credit for the total less 10% cancellation charge. Orders CANNOT be canceled if they have been shipped.

Return/Exchange :


If you don't like your item and would like to exchange it you must also return it following steps above. Once we receive your package we will notify you through e-mail and a $20 exchange fee applies to cover shipping and handling costs of your exchange/replacement.
